Mach E is nice, but pricey. Beautiful colors! Drives amazing. Love the roof window. Great visibility.

I bought my truck here in January of 2022. I came here after having problems with Vancouver Ford. When I got here they answered all my questions and never pressured me into anything. They gave me more info on everything I asked for and took my old 2017 sonata for a sweet trade in. My fiance bought her bronco from Vancouver and had nothing but issues when getting recalls and repairs done. The last straw was when the seat belt restraint system malfunctioned and Vancouver said they could only wipe the code, which fixed nothing. I told her to take the car with the warranty to westlie after that. When she called they ordered the parts and had it all fixed within an hour. I am writing this because today I went in for a fluids change in my truck where they found a leak in my rear pinion seal of my differential. I worked with Brandon who was super informative and definitely was knowledgeable in what he told me. After I left I remembered I had a warranty and called him back to see if it was covered. He said he would have to call during the work week and would have an answer to me when he returned to work Tuesday. I felt happy with how nice and easy he was to work with. After I hung up I remembered another issue with my door latch freezing and called him back. I expected after another call he would be annoyed by me but he just laughed with me and made sure to add that to the list and said to not hesitate to call if I remembered anything else. I have always felt at westlie we are treated well compared to every other dealership I have viewed it bought from. I highly suggest anyone looking for a new or used car at least try out westlie for their great atmosphere, impressive effort for the customer, and their overall amazing team. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Jerry was great... not pushy or evasive - to the point and up front. Very friendly and communicative. Paperwork went quickly and without issue. Hope in Parts Dept. was uber helpful and nice. Thank you Don, Jerry, Hope, and the rest of the crew at Westlie. Optimistic that future engagements, be it service or another purchase, will be just as rewarding.
Great experience. I had an after market warranty with another dealership in Oregon and Westlie really helped me out with getting the transfer figured out. Everything fixed and working great, actually better than before. Shuttle service back to my home after dropping my truck off was very helpful.
They gave me a list of diagnostics of what my truck was having trouble with and even found a few other things that I was not aware of. Their oil change plan is a great deal too.

Purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Passat just under 70k miles for my son 4 months ago. The sales experience is what you would expect from any other dealership. They all always tell you everything you want to hear to close the deal. I've purchased many used cars in the past. Here is what has never happened before...
My son came in a month ago (3 months into owning the car) for his first oil change. They found an oil leak and the service/oil light came on a week after this service. I came in to ask them how there can be an oil leak after such a short time of owning this car if an inspection was done. The sales guy pawned me off to the service department, the service department had nothing to say and that it's out of their hands. Ended up asking for the sales manager. He came up looking irritated and asked what's going on. I explained my frustration. His response was, you purchased a used car we don't have a crystal ball to see what's going on with the car. I thought that's what an inspection is for? So I can make an informed decision on purchasing a car.... I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, this dealership sold me a car with an oil leak. I have never had a situation like this happen to me with any other used car purchase over the years. I highly encourage you think twice before doing business here. They don't have a "crystal ball" and clearly don't do a quality inspection on pre owned vehicles.
Westlie Ford took excellent care of me & my truck today for an oil change & tire rotation. While the friendly & knowledgeable service advisor offered to sell me over $2,000 in additional services, which I politely declined (for now), the service technician, Harrison Holt, who brought me my keys & shared the service inspection report was exemplary in his detailed explanations on my brake pad wear & tire wear, he also gave me outstanding no-nonsense advice on the various upcoming services that my truck needs. Thanks Harrison, I’ll be back!
Great experience with the service team. They were able to get my vehicle in in a timely manner, communication was great and my vehicle was delivered back to my home for me after repairs. No one likes to have car issues but Jordan was amazing to work with.
Always a pleasure taking any of my 4 Ford vehicles in to Westlie Ford for service/warranty. I have almost always dealt with Marie who is now the Service Manager but the other Service Advisors are helpful as well. They make what is usually a high anxiety situation for me a much more comfortable experience, and I appreciate that. CH
